Hi Guys, I'm Dale the proud owner to the Desert Paradise Resort. I've been coming to Palm Springs since the 60s and had stayed here at the Desert Paradise in the 90s. Larry and Basil were great hosts, always making me feel welcome, and even a bit envious. I had dreamed of owning my own gay resort based on my experiences. Well, in 1998 fate dealt me a hand and I bought my dream, I purchased the Desert Paradise and since that wonderful day, I've continuously upgraded and remodeled the Desert Paradise into the kind of place I am proud to call a home away from home. I'm very grateful that over the last 12 years I've been able to build an 85% return clientele that is still growing. I've recently installed 32inch flat screen TV's and who knows what's next. Hi, I am Ron. I have been with the Desert Paradise working with Dale and the Desert Paradise Hotel staff as the Property Manager since February 2007. I come from 10 years experience in Corporate Hospitality Business. However in all my years of service, I've never enjoyed a job as much as I do at the Desert Paradise Hotel. Dale has a very high standard of quality and cleanliness and it shows in every detail in Paradise. I am amazed to see all the return guest who are truly an extension of Dale's extended Paradise family retuning to their "Home Away From Home". Guys from all over the world returning year after year. It's my hope that someday I will live out Dale's dream and follow in his footsteps in the Desert Paradise Hotel. Hello Guys, I am Karol and I've been working for Dale and the Desert Paradise since 2003. I didn't plan to stay at this job for very long, but after only 6 months, I could see that Mr. Dale really cared about his staff and the hotel. Dale really cares for his guest and all of us as if we are his family. It's reasons like this that I've been here so long. Dale recently nominated me for the "Palm Springs Best of the Best", "Heart of the House" Golden Palm Award and I won. Dale truly is a very caring and thoughtful man.
