All rates are subject to an 11.5% City tax. NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES

Holidays, Special Events and certain weekends may require a minimum night stay.

All rates are for single / double occupancy
- additional charges apply for a 3rd or 4th person.

Cancellations 14 days prior to the date of arrival incur no charges,
except holidays AND special events THEY require A 30 days notice.

Reservations are made and accepted with the following conditions:

The first night or total stay may be charged at the time of the reservation.

There is no credit or refund for a shortened stay - UNLESS THE ROOM IS RENTED

NON HOLIDAYS require a 14 day no charge cancellation time frame.

Cancellation after 14 days the total stay is charged and all nights rented are credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

HOLIDAYS require a 30 day cancellation time frame.

Cancellation after 30 days the total stay is charged and all nights rented are credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

All weekends are 3 nights - holidays are 4 unless confirmed for less.

Holidays are but not limited to - New Years - Christmas- Easter - White Party - Gay Pride - Memorial day - July 4th- Thanksgiving - ML King day - Presidents Day - Labor-Day- Leather Pride
Any nights between 7/6 - 8/31 have no weekend limits.

When we can take less then 3 nights - that will be confirmed at time of reservation and call.
