DESERT PARADISE RESORT HOTEL POLICIES

Hotel Policy
PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES AS THEY HAVE BEEN UPDATED

We cater primarily to a GAY, MALE-ORIENTED, CLOTHING OPTIONAL clientele with open access to a variety of adult-oriented material. This environment is not appropriate for children.

Check In/Check Out:
Standard check-in is 3pm to 6pm daily. Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 6pm so we may make arrangements for after-hours check-in.
Checkout time is 11am. We will do our best to accommodate early arrival & late departure requests, which may be subject to an extra charge.

Reservation Deposit:

Reservations are subject to a one-night Advance Payment(deposit)on a credit card. This card will need to be presented at check in. The balance of your bill will be charged at check-in.

Cancellations

Direct Bookings through Desert Paradise Website or phone reservations:

Cancellations 60 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of the Advance Deposit minus a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations made 59-15 days prior to arrival date will be issued a credit voucher in the amount of the deposit to be used toward a future stay with us. The credit voucher will be valid for a period of 2 years.

Cancellations within 14 days days prior to the arrival date and no shows will result in a forfeiture of the advance deposit.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS.WE HIGHLY RECCOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER THESE EXPENSES.

Early departures will result in forfeiture of funds already paid. PLEASE BE CERTAIN OF YOUR RESERVATION DATES BEFORE RESERVING TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES.


Third Party Cancellations:

If you have booked your reservation through Booking.com, the cancellation policy stated on their website applies.

Discounts and Promotions:
There are no Discounts or Promotions for Third Party Bookings unless otherwise offered by Third Party.

Accessibility:
Limited disabled access; contact innkeeper with specifics and information on our policy to remove barriers to full access to our products and services whenever that is readily achievable.

Pets:
We regret we cannot accept pets or emotional support animals. Service Animals are welcome.

Additional Charges:
All rates are for single/double occupancy; additional guests incur a $50 charge per night per guest.

All rooms are non-smoking/vaping of any product; smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for smoking/vaping in rooms.

$250 charge for lost keys.
$18 per day resort fee.
Room rates do not include 12.5% tax or Amenities Fees. Stays of 29 days or longer are exempt from taxes.

Glass is not allowed in the pool/spa area by law. Guest will be responsible for any charges related to pool and/or spa cleaning resulting from glass breakage and loss of income while facilities are shut down.

Free WiFi:
Wireless internet access is provided at no charge to our guests. The network is protected; however, we make no guarantees as to availability, signal strength, or security.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: stays 2-365 days long.

At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: stays 1-1 days long.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
