What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is after 3pm.  Check out is 11am.
We will do our best to accommodate check-ins from noon on, but there are no guarantees.

Special arrangements must be made in advance for arrivals after 6pm. Please call 760-320-5650 to arrange.

Do you offer any meals??

We offer a deluxe continental breakfast from 8am till 10am.  Orders are placed at the Paradise Cafe, and one of our guest attendants will bring it to your room, or your poolside table!

What are your reservation policies?

You must be 18 or older to book a room and/or visit our resort.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card used to book the reservation.

How is my room guaranteed?

Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit equal to the value of the first night's stay on a valid credit card at the time of booking. We'll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.

The remaining balance will be charged at the time of arrival  For non-refundable reservations, the full booking amount will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

How do I verify my rate and reservation?

We'll send you an email to confirm all your reservations details including the confirmation number, dates of stay, room type. the number of guests and your confirmed rates. We can also provide this information over the phone. Please call us if you do not receive your confirmation email.

How do I modify my reservation?

Can I bring my pet?

We love our pets but unfortunately, we do not have pet friendly rooms. We do not accept emotional support animals but are more than happy to accept Service Animals.

How do I park?

We offer complimentary off-street self-parking when you register your vehicle at check-in.

Can I smoke at the resort?

All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside your room, we must charge a $100 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. We have a designated smoking area at the Northwest corner of the property.

Can I store my bags there before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, we are happy to hold them for you until you're ready.

Can I leave early?

Early departures are subject to cancellation fees.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you call us at 760-320-5650 as soon as possible to reduce cancellation charges.

Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

Reservations cancelled via email are not officially cancelled until you receive an email from us with a cancellation number. Do not cancel via email if you are within 30 days of your reservation arrival date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Direct Bookings through Desert Paradise Website or phone reservations:

Cancellations 60 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of the Advance Deposit minus a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations within 59 to 15 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the Advance Deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days days prior to the arrival date and no shows will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the reservation total.

Date change requests will incur a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed within 7 days of the original reservation dates.

Early departures or shortened reservations for any reason constitute a cancellation, and are subject the same policies. Please be certain of your dates before reserving to avoid additional charges.

***Holiday and Special Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for Bear Weekend, White Party, Coachella, Gay Pride and New Years require a 60 day advance notice to receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made 59-15 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days of the  the arrival date or no show will be charged 100% of the entire reservation total.

Booking.com cancellations:

If you have booked your reservation through Booking.com, the cancellation policy stated on their website applies.
